Mark Zuckerberg posts photo of newborn daughter decked out in Star Wars gear.
Now we know a bit of what Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan are up to during their respective paternity and maternity leaves: Obsessing on “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” like the rest of the world. “The force is strong with this one,” he wrote on Facebook, captioning a picture of daughter Max that shows the baby girl swaddled in a Jedi brown robe with Chewbacca, Darth Vader, BB-8 and a lightsaber in toy form arranged around her. Baby Max looks unimpressed, bundled up in Obi-Wan Kenobi’s brown cloak, with a mini Darth Vader, Chewbacca and R2D2 by her side – not to mention a tiny green light saber.

With his wife, the founder of the social-media giant revealed Max’s arrival on Dec. 1, then the two promptly announced they were setting up a foundation tasked with giving away, over time, multiple billions from his offspring’s Facebook-based inheritance. “We will give 99% of our Facebook shares — currently about $45 billion — during our lives to advance this mission,” they wrote after calling out their over-arching focus: advancing human potential and promoting equality. “We know this is a small contribution compared to all the resources and talents of those already working on these issues. The social media mogul hasn’t been shy about sharing his daughter with the world, posting multiple photos to Facebook (obviously), since he and his wife, Dr. The 31-year-old tech guru vocalized his excitement about becoming a dad prior to Max’s arrival. “Well, it’s been 37 weeks, so I think it’s time for her to come out!” Zuckerberg said in a video post. “It’s my turn to hold her.”
