Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner ‘never gave permission for pictures to be used in hard-hitting domestic violence campaign’.

The new images were created by Italian artist Alexsandro Palombo, and Kim and Kendall are among eight stars who were disfigured using impressive photo editing for his new campaign. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians standout, 35, penned a blog post on her website titled, “Baby West Update: All Turned Around!” in which she detailed how doctors got the little one into the proper position for birth. “So I wanted to give you guys an update on my pregnancy since my last post,” Kardashian wrote. “This weekend, I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position. The shocking images, which also use young stars including Miley Cyrus and Kristen Stewart, carry the banner: “Life can be a fairytale, if you break the silence”. Each of the edited, eye-opening photos include the caption “No woman is immune from domestic abuse,” along with the hashtag “#StopViolenceAgainst Women.” The star, currently in her 37th week of pregnancy, shared with fans that she really didn’t want to get a C-section, which would require doctors to cut incisions on her belly. “Obviously, if it’s an emergency and for the safety of my son, I will get a C-section—but if I don’t need one, I’d rather not,” she wrote.
